Chief Minister Nitish Kumar addressed a public meeting in Muzaffarpur regarding Bihar Assembly elections. While addressing the public meeting organized in Meenapur, CM Nitish said that ever since his government was formed, the rule of law has been established in Bihar. He said that before coming to the government, there was an atmosphere of fear and anarchy in the state, people were afraid to leave their homes after the evening.
