Late actor Govardhan Asrani has entertained millions of audiences with his memorable performances in Bollywood. Recently, Asrani died on October 20 at the age of 84 after a prolonged illness. His fans and the whole world are mourning his demise.
But the audience will now get a chance to see him for the last time in two films ‘Bhoot Bangla’ and ‘Haivaan’. Both films are directed by Priyadarshan, who has worked with Asrani for a long time. Both have worked together in many successful films, like ‘Hera Pheri’ and ‘Bhagam Bhag’.
Akshay Kumar became emotional
Remembering actor Akshay Kumar, who has worked with Asrani in many films, Akshay wrote emotionally on his Twitter (X), “I am speechless at the demise of Asrani ji. We were sharing the warmest hug just a week ago during the shooting of ‘Haivaan’. He was a very sweet person. His comic timing was absolutely legendary.

Rajpal Yadav also became emotional
Actor Rajpal Yadav will also be seen in the film Bhoot Bangla, who shared an emotional post on social media remembering Asrani. In which he wrote, “Be it ‘Bhool Bhulaiya’, ‘Dhol’ or our last film ‘Bhoot Bangla’, your contribution in making every scene a hit will always be special.”

Asrani’s personal assistant Babubhai told India Today TV, “Asrani Sahab was admitted to Bharatiya Arogya Nidhi Hospital in Juhu four days ago. Doctors told us that water had accumulated in his lungs, due to which he was having difficulty in breathing.
Let us tell you that he died on October 20, around 3:30 pm. Asrani was last seen in ‘Non Stop Dhamaal’ and ‘Dream Girl 2’ released in 2023.
