Jasprit Bumrah remains the world’s number-1 Test bowler in ICC’s King Rankings. But Pakistan’s spinner Nauman Ali (Noman Ali Ranking) has started looming as a threat on his number-1 spot. Whereas in the women’s ODI rankings, India’s Smriti Mandhana remains the world’s number-1 batsman. Kuldeep Yadav has suffered a loss in the bowling rankings, while Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma remain in the top-5 of the ODI batting rankings.

PAK bowlers are a threat to Bumrah

Pakistan’s spinner Nauman Ali has made a huge leap in the Test bowling rankings. He has become the world’s number-2 Test bowler by jumping four places. Nauman Ali is now just 29 points behind Bumrah in terms of ratings points. Apart from Bumrah, there is no Indian in the list of top-10 bowlers of Test. In the Test batting rankings, Shubman Gill has moved up one place to 12th.

Pakistan’s Nauman Ali had taken 10 wickets in both the innings of the first Test against South Africa. He took 2 wickets in the first innings of the second test.

Four Indians among top-10 ODI batsmen

The Indian team is currently playing an ODI series on the Australian tour. There are four Indians in the top-10 of ODI batting rankings. Shubman Gill is the world’s top ODI batsman, Rohit Sharma remains at third and Virat Kohli remains at number-5. Shreyas Iyer has lost one place, but is still at tenth position. Kuldeep Yadav has slipped one place to sixth position in the ODI bowling rankings.

Smriti Mandhana remains at number-1

Smriti Mandhana, who scored 222 runs in the Women’s World Cup 2025, remains number-1 in the women’s ODI batting rankings. Apart from him, there is no Indian in the top-10 batsmen. Captain Harmanpreet Kaur has gained 3 places to 15th position and Deepti Sharma has also achieved 20th position by making a long jump.
