WhatsApp has once again brought a new and interesting feature for its users. This time the company has launched the “Wave Emoji” feature to further improve the chatting experience. This feature is specially designed for those who hesitate to start chatting with a new contact.
What is Wave Emoji feature?
Wave Emoji is the feature of emoji shaking one hand, which users can send someone to say “Hello” or “Hi”. This feature will be especially visible when you open the chat of someone from whom you have never interacted before. Through this emoji, users will be able to start the conversation easily without writing any long messages.
Where will this emoji see?
This feature will only be seen in one-on-one personal chat.
When you open a new contact chat, this wave emoji will be seen down on the bottom of the screen.
This feature will not be available in group chats.
Currently available in beta version
This new feature has just been released for the beta users of WhatsApp. According to WABETAINFO, this feature has been seen in Whatsapp beta for Android 2.25.21.24 version. As soon as its test is successful, the company can rollout it for all users.
New “Wave All” feature in voice chat also
Whatsapp has also introduced a new update for Voice Chats. Now in group voice chat, a feature named “Wave All” will be found, so that all the members of the group can be sent notifications to join the voice chat together. This feature can prove to be quite useful for meetings or group discourses.
Soon all users can get update
If you are not a beta tester then you have to wait a little. It is expected that soon after beta testing, this feature will be made available to all WhatsApp users soon.
