According to the Women and Child Development Department, Aadhaar Seva Centers are being opened in all the Anganwadi centers of the state. Child base for new born will be created here. The Aadhar card of children will be linked to the Aadhar card number of their parents, so that both their identity and family details can be recorded together. At the same time, about 7 lakh 56 thousand pregnant women of the state are being given information about this new system. After creating the basis of new born, the related data will be sent to Women and Child Development Corporation, Health Department and Education Department. New born will also get the benefit of health card
After the creation of Aadhaar card, the government will also issue health card of new born children. With this, health records of children can be prepared and children will directly get the benefits of vaccination or other health related schemes. Till now the benefits of the scheme were given on the basis of parents, but now this benefit will be given directly to the children on their own basis.

online method
- To get Aadhaar card for new born baby, first go to the official website of UIDAI.
- After this, go to My Aadhaar section and click on Book an Appointment.
- Now enter the city name and mobile number and verify with OTP.
- After this select the date and time for Aadhar Seva Kendra
- Now biometric verification of mother or father will have to be done.
- After verification, submit the child’s birth certificate and other documents.
- After completion of the process, Baal Aadhaar will be sent to your home address or you can also download it from UIDAI website.
offline method
- To get children’s Aadhaar card made offline, go to the nearby Aadhaar Enrollment Center.
- After this fill the application form and submit the necessary documents.
- After application, you will get Acknowledgment Slip, through which you can track the status.
- Whereas Bala Aadhaar usually reaches home within 60 to 90 days.
