Jagdeep Dhankhar resigned from the post of Vice President on Monday. He has given health problems due to resignation. He has sent his resignation to President Draupadi Murmu. At the same time, the statement of Aam Aadmi Party MP Raghav Chadha has come out on his resignation.

Raghav Chadha wrote on his Instagram post, “I wish the Honorable Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar for a good health as he is leaving the post citing ‘medical basis’. These pictures are last Wednesday when I got an opportunity to meet him at his official residence.”

He further wrote, “Incidentally, before he resigned, when he was in the post of president, I was the last MP to speak in the House.” At the same time, Chadha also shared pictures with Jagdeep Dhankhar.

Health given to health
Let me tell you that Jagdeep Dhankhar resigned and wrote on his X handle, “I resign from the post of Vice President of India with immediate effect as per Article 67 (A) of the Constitution to give priority to the respected President and to follow medical advice. I express my heartfelt and amazing work for the President of India with immediate effect.

He also said that I express my deepest gratitude to the Prime Minister and the respected Council of Ministers. The Prime Minister’s cooperation and support has been priceless, and I have learned a lot during my tenure.

‘I will be grateful to heart’
Jagdeep Dhankhar further said that the warmth, trust and affection I have received from all the members of Parliament will always be in my memory. I am thankful to my heart for the invaluable experiences and insights gained as Vice President in our great democracy.

Jagdeep Dhankhar further said that it has been a matter of good fortune and satisfaction for me to see and participate in India’s remarkable economic progress and unprecedented development during this important period.

He said that it has been a true honor for me to serve in this transformative era of our nation’s history. Taking away from this prestigious post, I am proud of India’s global uplift and unprecedented achievements and have unwavering faith in its bright future.
