Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan filed a petition in the Delhi High Court to stop the safety of his personality rights and the misuse of name, photo, voice and performance. While hearing the case, the Delhi High Court said that if Abhishek’s team provides specific URL link, then such content can be removed by ordering Google.
The court clearly stated that the order cannot be given simultaneously for all platforms YouTube, Amazon, Flipkart etc. There will be a separate order according to each defendant. Abhishek’s lawyer Praveen Anand said that the necessary information will be given to the court today. The Delhi High Court will hear this at 2:30 pm.
