These days Rajpal Yadav is lodged in Tihar jail in check bounce case. Now the troubles of Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel also seem to be increasing. Actually, Moradabad Court of Uttar Pradesh has issued a non-bailable warrant against the film actress. This case is of 2017 and the actress is accused of fraud. In the same case, Ameesha Patel is not appearing even after the court order. Now the court has adopted a strict stance and issued a non-bailable warrant.

what is the matter
It is being told that in the year 2017, the actress had taken Rs 14 lakh 50 thousand for her performance in the wedding. But despite taking the money she did not attend the programme. In this matter, Moradabad resident Pawan Kumar Verma had filed a case against Ameesha Patel. Pawan is the owner of an event management company named Dream Vision. According to complainant Pawan, Ameesha was invited to dance in a wedding to be held in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Ameesha Patel asked for advance of Rs 11 lakh, to which Pawan agreed. Later, during the wedding, Ameesha reached Delhi and asked for Rs 2 lakh more to reach the destination, Pawan Kumar refused to do so. After this refusal, the actress returned without informing her.

Pawan Kumar alleged that Ameesha has not returned the amount of Rs 11 lakh. Apart from Patel, the complainant has filed a case against Suresh Kumar, Rajkumar Goswami and Ahmed Sharif. A case is going on against the actress under different sections of the Indian Penal Code, there are charges against the actress under sections 120B, 406, 504, 420 and 506.

In this case, Ameesha had allegedly given a check of Rs 2 lakh which had bounced. The court had ordered him to appear in person in 2026.

Ameesha is trapped in another case
In 2018, she was involved in another such case, when a Jharkhand producer had invested Rs 2.5 crore for Ameesha’s film Desi Magic, which was never made. In 2024, Patel paid the entire amount of Rs 2.5 crore, after which the case ended.
