Harmanpreet Kaur has registered her name in history by making Team India win the World Cup. For this, the statue of Harmanpreet Kaur will be installed in the Jaipur Wax Museum inside the Sheesh Mahal in Nahargarh Fort. This statue will be inaugurated on March 8, 2026, on International Women’s Day. Harmanpreet Kaur is being given this honor for making India win the World Cup. Along with this, this step is also being taken to increase the participation of women in sports.
Anup Srivastava, founder of Jaipur Wax Museum, says that Harmanpreet shows the courage and confidence that Indian women can lead even on the biggest stage. Anoop Srivastava further said that our job is not only to show famous personalities in this museum, but we also want to honor those people who have played a big role in inspiring this society.
In this museum of Jaipur, after the statue of Harmanpreet Kaur, there will be statues of two World Cup winning captains, which also includes the name of former Indian men’s team captain MS Dhoni. Statues of two great cricket players Sachin Tendulkar and Virat Kohli are also installed in this museum.
