Kuldeep Singh Sengar’s daughter Aishwarya Sengar said, ‘We could not even start the debate on the merits of the case today. That she (the victim) has changed her statement several times, the time has been changed thrice, first at 2 pm, then at 6 pm and finally at 8 pm. There is a report from the AIIMS Medical Board that she was more than 18 years old.
Aishwarya said that I have been fighting for justice for the last 8 years, but perhaps the suffering of me and my family has no meaning. Our dignity, our peace and even our fundamental right to be heard has been taken away from us. Still there is hope for justice. I request the media not to spread any wrong information.

To
The Honorable Authorities of the Republic of India,I am writing this letter as a daughter who is exhausted, frightened, and slowly losing faith, but still holding on to hope because there is nowhere else left to go.
For eight years, my family and I have waited. Quietly…

Sengar’s daughter has written that his family never took to the streets to protest, nor did they resort to media trial, but kept silence, having faith in institutions and the law. However, he had to pay the price of this silence in the form of humiliation, financial loss and mental trouble for years.
On X he wrote that I do not want any special facility but fair justice. She wrote that she still wants to have faith in the justice system of the country, but this faith is now on the verge of breaking.
Let us tell you that the Supreme Court has stayed the order of Delhi High Court, in which the life sentence of Kuldeep Singh Sengar was suspended for raping a minor girl in the 2017 Unnao rape case.
