If you are a retired bank officer and are looking for an opportunity to work again, then Haryana Gramin Bank has brought a great opportunity for you. The bank has invited applications for more than 15 posts of Financial Literacy Counselor (FLC). These posts are vacant in Panchkula, Kairu, Kurukshetra, Karnal and many other districts. The application process has started and now the last date is just around the corner. In such a situation, all the interested candidates should complete the application process immediately without any delay.
The bank has issued an official notification for this recruitment, in which it has been told that the applications have started from 10th November 2025 and 26th November 2025 is the last date. Candidates can download the form from Annexure-1 given in the notification and have to fill it by hand and send it. Also keep in mind that only retired bank officers can apply for these posts.

Who can apply?

Haryana Gramin Bank has set some special conditions for this recruitment. First of all, the candidate must be a retired bank officer and must have experience in credit handling. That means you have handled loan, recovery or related work in the bank. Apart from this, whether the candidate has worked in a rural, semi-urban or urban branch – this experience will be considered very helpful for this job.

Age limit has also been fixed. The maximum age of the applying candidate should be 62 years. Candidates older than this cannot apply. Besides, the candidate should also have basic knowledge of computer, like MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and use of internet. Apart from this, it is important to have command over the local language, because the job of FLC is to provide financial information to the people. If there is no knowledge of the language, then there may be problems in this work.

how to apply?

The application process is quite simple. Candidates will first have to fill the biodata by taking the print out of Annexure-1 given in the notification. In this form, information like name, father’s name, permanent address, category, mobile number, email ID, date of birth, qualification and experience have to be filled. Write all this information clearly and correctly, because any mistake can lead to the application being rejected.

After filling the form, paste your recent passport size photograph in the space given above. After this, attach all your necessary documents like qualification certificate, experience certificate, retirement certificate etc. with the form.
