Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan’s daughter Aaradhya Bachchan turns 14 today. On this occasion, her grandfather Amitabh Bachchan has shared an emotional post for his granddaughter. Big B has wished Aaradhya on her birthday by writing a vlog. In the vlog, he has also expressed grief over the demise of veteran actress Kamini Kaushal.
Amitabh Bachchan wrote in the vlog- ‘Best wishes on the eve of the birth of little Aaradhya. The child inside all of us grows with time and we congratulate them.. We pray this and may today be the morning of the birth of that close one. All blessings.’
‘Our prayers continue…’
Big B further wrote- ‘In all the past days, the pain of loss has been very deep, but life keeps moving forward. As it should be and as it happens with life and time… our prayers continue. We live, we experience, we persevere, persevere and keep overcoming life’s obstacles. This is our calculation and belief and this trend continues.
Big B expressed grief over the demise of Kamini Kaushal
Earlier, Amitabh Bachchan had expressed grief over the demise of late actress Kamini Kaushal. He had written- ‘And one more loss. An old time close family friend. When there was no partition. Kamini Kaushal ji was a great artist, an icon, who made invaluable contributions to our industry and who remained with us till the end. His family and mother’s family were very close friends in Punjab before partition. Kamini ji’s elder sister was a very close friend of mother. They were classmates and a group of like-minded friends.
‘One by one they are all leaving us…’
Big B further wrote- ‘The elder sister died tragically in an accident and as per the tradition of that time, in such an unfortunate situation, the sister of the deceased was married to her grieving husband, her brother-in-law. An extremely sweet, loving and talented artist, she left us at the age of 98. An era of great memory is gone… not only for the film industry, but also as a member of the Friends. The community… one by one they all are leaving us… a very sad moment, which is now full of only mourning and prayers.
Let us tell you that Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan got married in 2007. After four years of marriage, they welcomed their daughter Aaradhya on 16 November 2011.
