In the manifesto, NCP Ajit Pawar said, “We consider Mumbai not just a city, but a city that fulfills the dreams of every Mumbaikar. ‘Mumbaikar’ is the face of this city. With the promise of fulfilling the dreams of these Mumbaikars, NCP is before the voters in the Municipal Corporation elections.
Ajit Pawar’s party said in the manifesto, “NCP’s ‘Aapli Mumbai’ is a clear vision of ‘Mumbai for all’ in which the poor, middle class and rich will all get equal opportunities.” NCP is committed to ensuring that Mumbaikars maintain social harmony in the city according to the three principles of liberty, equality and fraternity, as well as effective plans and public participation to solve Mumbai’s problems. Modernization of roads, bridges and flyovers in Mumbai; Construction of 500 km new roads in 5 years.

Along with complete relaxation for the disabled, many facilities will also be given attention in Mumbai Metro.
Special attention will be paid to ensure that all walking paths (footpaths) remain encroachment-free so that everyone including disabled people, children, students and senior citizens can walk safely.
Efforts will be made to form a citizen’s committee in every ward and establish a system of setting up Ramantrai with the Municipal Corporation and the anti-encroachment department to effectively implement the hawker policy.
