SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav said that water life mission, paddy and wheat procurement, investing UP, expressway, no area is untouched by BJP’s corruption. The water tanks and pipelines that have been installed under the Water Life Mission are bursting during testing. In districts like Lakhimpur Kheri and Unnao, water tanks and pipelines made at a cost of crores failed. He alleged that all this is the result of corruption, which is visible in every street and village.
The former Chief Minister said that the Chief Minister’s claims of ‘zero tolerance’ are hollow. Scams are also happening in paddy and wheat procurement. Payments were made without purchasing crops in many areas including Siddharthnagar district. He claimed that investment is also going on in UP. Government officials are taking a thick commission in the name of getting incentives from investors, which is being divided from top to bottom.

Akhilesh said that all this is happening under the patronage of power. He alleged that the Bundelkhand Expressway, which was inaugurated by the Prime Minister himself, fell down a few days after the inauguration. Even today it is being maintained. Complaints of corruption are going on in the Gorakhpur link of Purvanchal Expressway. He said that in the name of freeing the roads, there has been a scam of crores.
In 2027, the public will overthrow this corrupt governance- Akhilesh Yadav

In 2027, the people will uproot this corrupt governance and bring the Samajwadi Party back to power, which is committed to development and employment. Water Jeevan Mission in Uttar Pradesh is a major scheme of the Central Government, under which a target was set to deliver water from tap to every rural house. But there have been frequent allegations of corruption about this scheme. Similarly, reports of cracks and road sinking on the Bundelkhand Expressway immediately after the inauguration were in the news earlier. The opposition has been continuously accusing the government of lack of transparency in these schemes and compromises from quality.
