Up news: Samajwadi Party national president and former Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav once again launched a scathing attack on the BJP government. Addressing the workers from various districts in Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Auditorium of the party headquarters in Lucknow, he said that it should be the primary responsibility of any government to keep the boundaries of the country safe, maintain social harmony and strengthen the economy. But the current BJP government has failed on these three fronts.
SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav said that today the crisis on democracy and constitution in the country is being deepened. Inflation and unemployment are increasing continuously. The youth are not getting employment, the farmers are upset and the common man’s pocket is getting inflation. He said that corruption dominates in every department and the public is feeling cheated.
The former Chief Minister said that preparations should be started from now on for the upcoming 2027 assembly elections. Party workers will have to do strong work at the booth level and go among the public to highlight the failures of the BJP. He said that the BJP remains in power only with the help of false promises and emotional slogans, but now the illusion of the people is breaking.
Criminals are committing incidents fearlessly- Akhilesh
Akhilesh Yadav said that the condition of law and order in the BJP government is very bad. Criminals are unaware of the incidents. Uttar Pradesh is at the top of the cases of atrocities on Dalits. He raised the question that when the government claims that criminals have left the state, then how are the incidents of murder, robbery and rape?
Corruption is being done on a large scale in purchasing farmers’ crops- Akhilesh
Referring to the plight of farmers, he said that corruption is happening on a large scale in the purchase of crops of farmers. Crops like paddy, wheat and peanuts are not getting the right price. Sugarcane farmers have not been paid dues and government procurement of wheat is being done only. He alleged that the government is collecting industrialists and farmers are being exploited.
The public has recognized the real face of BJP
Akhilesh Yadav said that the people of the state have now recognized the real face of BJP. He appealed to the workers to field with full force for the 2027 assembly elections and go to every village for Samajwadi Party’s ‘PDA’ (Backward, Dalit, Minority) agenda. He said that this agenda will establish social justice and will give a new direction to Uttar Pradesh. This statement comes at a time when the results of Lok Sabha elections 2024 have given new energy to opposition parties. The Samajwadi Party is now gearing up for 2027 and is activating its workers ahead of time.
