Samajwadi Party has started its preparations for the assembly elections in UP. Samajwadi Party has called a big meeting on 20th January.
According to the information, SP President and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Akhilesh Yadav has called a meeting in Lucknow to review the preparations for the 2027 assembly elections. All Samajwadi Party MPs (Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha) have been asked to be present in this meeting.
Meeting will be held at SP headquarters on January 20
It was told that this meeting will be held tomorrow i.e. on January 20 at 12 noon at SP headquarters in Lucknow. In this meeting, party chief Akhilesh Yadav will discuss and consult with party officials and MPs on the upcoming strategies for the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections 2027. SP chief Akhilesh Yadav will take reports from all the MPs about the assembly seats of their parliamentary constituencies.
SP prepared MP’s report card
This meeting can be called the first meeting in the series of SP candidate selection in 2027, Akhilesh Yadav will also take the report of SIR in the meeting. SP has also prepared the report card of MPs. Besides, the strategy for the budget session will also be discussed in this meeting. Let us tell you that Samajwadi Party has 37 MPs in the Lok Sabha and 4 in the Rajya Sabha. At present, the meeting called by SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav on January 20 is considered very important.
Akhilesh Yadav took a jibe at BJP
On the other hand, on the occasion of Mauni Amavasya in Prayagraj, the administration stopped Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati from proceeding. Regarding this, Akhilesh Yadav has taken a dig at the state government and the Bharatiya Janata Party through an ex-post. Akhilesh Yadav wrote on X Post, “The news of unpleasant behavior with saints, devotees and devotees is sad. The BJP government should become ‘civilized’ before claiming ‘divine-grand’.”
