Samajwadi Party has started sharpening its preparations for the 2027 assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh. SP President Akhilesh Yadav will start the election campaign for MIN 2027 from March 28. This election campaign is going to start from Noida, where SP is going to hold a big rally in the name of PDA participation.
Akhilesh Yadav is going to start his election campaign from Noida about 11 months ago. SP President will hold PDA participation rally in Noida on March 28. In this rally, SP will also announce the PDA formula for the assembly elections and the strategy under which tickets will be distributed can also be announced.
Akhilesh Yadav will start election campaign from Noida
Samajwadi Party is going to start its election campaign from Noida, where SP’s performance in the last elections was not good. The party’s focus is more on such seats. In the 2022 elections, BJP had won all the seats in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida) district and SP could not win even a single seat.
The party has started rally preparations from now on.
Akhilesh Yadav will now start the election campaign from those seats where the party’s performance has been very weak so that there can be more focus on them in the 2027 elections. To make this rally successful, SP has started using its full strength. SP is also going to organize a Gurjar conference in Dadri in the first week of March. It is claimed that people from 142 assemblies will participate in it.
Actually, the number of Yadav voters in Western UP is very less. Gurjar, Muslim and Dalit vote banks are in a very strong position in this area. SP is trying to make a dent in this vote bank. Gurjar community is said to be very angry with the BJP government. They believe that in terms of population, their community is not represented that much in the Yogi government.
Samajwadi Party wants to take advantage of this resentment of Gurjar community. Muslim voters are already considered supporters of SP. SP will try to unite the PDA votebank through this rally. SP had benefited from the PDA formula in the Lok Sabha elections also.
