Samajwadi Party MP Sanatan Pandey used indecent language in the Lok Sabha, after which he is being criticized a lot in political circles. Violating the decorum of the House, Akhilesh Yadav’s MP Sanatan Pandey used abusive language for the ruling party. After this the speaker advised him to remain within limits.
Actually, the SP MP was giving a speech in the House, when he raised the issue that the opposition leaders from the ruling party are not allowed to speak. Angered by this, Sanatan Pandey got emotional and started scolding the members of the ruling party. During this time he said something which an MP should not have said.

Sanatan Pandey said during his speech, “Ever since I came to the House, I have been seeing that whenever any member of the opposition tries to present his views, some &%*$@ type of people sitting in the ruling party want to suppress the voice of the opposition. These people cannot suppress the voice of the opposition.” As soon as he said this, all the MPs sitting in the House became uncomfortable. Some started laughing and some even expressed objection.
Who is Sanatan Pandey?
Sanatan Pandey is Samajwadi Party MP from Ballia. He has contested Assembly elections five times and Lok Sabha elections twice. He has also been a one-time MLA. Sanatan Pandey comes from Pandeypur of Rasra assembly constituency. After studying from Polytechnic, he became JE in Sugarcane Development Council. In 1996, he resigned from government job and joined Samajwadi Party.
The leadership of Samajwadi Party has expressed confidence in him many times. First, he was made victorious by giving him ticket from Chilkahar assembly seat. Then after delimitation, he got the MLA ticket from Rasra seat, but he could not win. Contested elections from Ballia Lok Sabha seat in 2019 but lost to BJP. This time in 2024, his luck shone and he got elected as the MP of Ballia.
