The video begins with a powerful depiction of Lord Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva, which runs the entire universe. Then the main characters are shown through the animation: Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Shri Ram, Sai Pallavi in the role of Mother Sita and Yash in the role of Ravana.

‘Ramayana’ is being produced by Namit Malhotra’s Prime Focus Studios and VFX Studio DNEG, who won 8 times Oscars.
Along with playing the role of Ravana in the film, Yash is also the co-producer of this film. The film is being prepared with a budget of about 835 crores, due to which it is considered to be the most expensive Indian film ever.
