Yashwant Verma News: The case of Justice Yashwant Verma of Delhi High Court has caught fire. The Supreme Court has transferred him to the Allahabad High Court. Now this decision of the Supreme Court has been clearly opposed by the Allahabad High Court Bar Association.
The High Court Bar Association will start protests from gate number 3 of the High Court from 10:00 am. The High Court Bar has announced a fight to cross. Bar president Anil Tiwari said that the High Court Bar Association will take to the streets and protest.
Bar Association President Senior Advocate Anil Tiwari has demanded intervention from the central government in the case. It was decided to go on strike after the executive meeting held at the residence of Bar Association President Anil Tiwari. He has demanded a reconsideration of the CJI’s decision to transfer the case by taking cognizance of the case. All the members were present in the emergency meeting of the executive.
Allahabad High Court will not have hearing from tomorrow! Lawyers will be on indefinite strike, know why?
What did Anil Tiwari say?
Anil Tiwari said in a strict tone that it has come that we have to show the mirror to the Supreme Court that you are not different from us. Today, if the Supreme Court has taken this view on this issue, then tomorrow the Supreme Court will overcome the entire government like Pakistan and form the government itself.
He said that in this case, a smuggling is being done from the beginning. I want to tell the whole of India that we will not work from tomorrow. We are standing in the chest. If we have to die to save the judiciary, then we will give. Now the work in the judiciary will be done only when the decision to transfer the Supreme Court, Justice Yashwant Verma will be returned.
He said that the Supreme Court is paramount but it is insistence on children. To save a judge, the democracy of the entire Hindustan is being put at stake. There is an appeal to our government to intervene in this matter and find a solution together.
The general secretary said- Is it appropriate to send accused of corruption to Allahabad?
Speaking to ABP News, Vikrant Pandey, general secretary of the High Court Bar Association, said that we had called the General House. In this, the proposal was passed that if Justice Verma would be sent here then it will not be appropriate. After our proposal, news came that the Supreme Court has approved the transfer of Yashwant Verma. We will demand from the government to intervene in this matter. Our only question is whether the judge accused of corruption will be kept in the Allahabad High Court, not Delhi? The Supreme Court has tried to prove this today.
Pandey said that we have got support from all sections of society. We have taken the decision of an indefinite strike under compulsion. After all, why here? After all, they will remain there and will stay there too. You would let them stay in Delhi. You are sending them to the parent High Court and rewarding them. We will not work at all. We are not going to retreat on the issue of corruption.
