Tata consultancy services: The Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has assured the Ministry of Labor that even though the onboarding is delayed after the job offers sent to the company on the side, the company is fully committed to their hiring. The Labor Ministry sought clarification from TCS after complaints from the Union NAINT Information Technology Employees Senate (NITES) of the technical staff and the company has sent its reply to the Chief Labor Commissioner (CLC) via email to the Chief Labor Commissioner (CLC), in which the delay in the appointment of new employees has been told to be adjourned.
Job is not available even after offer letter
In fact, recently, many IT professionals have complained that they have received a job offer from the company months ago, but so far the hiring has not been done. Many of them have resigned from their previous company, some have also completed the notice period. In such a situation, due to the delay in onboarding, he is facing all the problems. In such a situation, the group of employees demanded the intervention of Union Labor and Employment Minister Mansukh Mandavia in it.
TCS cleaned the ministry
The complaint sent to the Ministry of Labor was said to delay about 600 lateral appointments and in the coming months, there was also concern about the company’s plan to lay down 12,000 employees. In its reply, TCS blamed market conditions amidst existing global challenges for delays and said that hiring is delayed in the IT industry, especially when the projects are affected by the projects. The company said that the company’s orders have declined due to weak demand from global economic and geopolitical uncertainties.
