Amarnaath yatra registration: This year, there is a lot of enthusiasm of the devotees about the Amarnath Yatra. More than 4200 pilgrims were registered through their 91 nominated branches spread across the country.

This year’s Shri Amarnath Yatra registration process was strongly started, Jammu and Kashmir Bank on Tuesday registered more than 4200 pilgrims through its 91 nominated branches spread across the country.

Registration for the annual pilgrimage started from April 14 for this visit is being done on the basis of first come, first served and it involves issuing travel permits to pilgrims. This year, the journey of Shri Amarnath starts from July 3 and ends on August 9, 2025.

With this enthusiasm of the devotees, not only Shri Amarnath Shrine Board but also Jammu and Kashmir Bank is also confused. According to Jammu and Kashmir Bank, it is encouraging to see a good response from the devotees on the first day. Registration of more than 4,200 pilgrims in a single day reflects confidence in the distribution of bank service to people and commitment to this sacred pilgrimage. According to the bank, the bank has ensured uninterrupted arrangements in all the designated branches along with the dedicated helpdesk, registration counter and trained employees to facilitate hassle -free registration.

Meanwhile, pilgrims can register themselves in real time in any designated bank branch after passing through the base-based biometric e-KYC certification, which will help passengers to get their RFID cards without waiting in long queues.

System-Janred Travel Permit is issued through the official NIC portal https://jksasb.nic.in. Those who intend to travel and till the date of pilgrimage are required to submit the compulsory health certificate (CHC) prescribed in the bank branches by the age of 13 to 70 years, whose format and list of authorized doctors/medical institutions to issue it is available on the website of Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Board.
