These buttons will not move physically, but as soon as someone touches them, they will give feedback through haptic vibration. This will give the user the same feeling as pressing a button. This will also give Apple an opportunity to improve the durability and water resistance of the iPhone.

According to leaks, Apple will start rolling out this technology for users from the iPhone 18 series.
