Amid this increasing demand, Amazon has already started the new service Amazon Now to compete with the top Quick Commerce Platform of the country- Jepto, Instamart, Swiggi and Blinking. Its service has been started in the national capital Delhi. Earlier, a successful pilot project was run in Bengaluru last month.
Competition will be faster in quick service
After this, Amazon Now will now deliver goods to your house in just 10 minutes. Till now, it used to take one to two days to come to the house for purchasing any goods from Amazon. In such a situation, the landing of Amazon Now in Quick Service will now intensify the competition in the coming days.
In June, ecommerce company Amazon launched its fast delivery service in Bengaluru. Now it has first started it from West Delhi, which will be started in the entire city.
Service will start soon throughout Delhi
In an interview to the Economic Times, Amazon India’s Vice President (Operations) Abhinav Singh said that service has started in large parts of Delhi and the network is spreading very fast. Soon, the rest of the national capital Delhi will be started.
Significantly, in India, Amazon announced an investment of $ 2000 million last month to strengthen its delivery service. After this, emphasis is being laid on Amazon’s opening of large number of dark stores across the country. These are the ware houses that are built inside the city, so that the order can be delivered easily and quickly.
