Incidents of firing have been continuously coming to light in America for the last several days. Now the American state of South Carolina has been shaken by the sound of gunshots in the early hours of Sunday (October 12, 2025). Four people have died and at least 20 people have been injured in this firing.
This incident happened in a crowded bar on St. Helena Island, South Carolina, America. According to local officials, gunfire suddenly began amid a crowd of people at Willis Bar and Grill on St. Helena Island. In which four people died and many were injured.
Officials said that when sheriff’s deputies arrived at the scene, there was a large crowd of people and several people were found suffering from gunshot wounds.
Officials issued a statement and informed
The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office released a statement on the social media platform X regarding this matter. The office said, ‘During the incident, many victims and eyewitnesses ran to hide in nearby commercial establishments and properties to escape the gunfire. This is a sad and difficult time for everyone. We ask for your patience as we continue to investigate this incident. Our thoughts are with all the victims and their families.

There is no information yet about the identity of the victims.
Officials have confirmed the death of four people in this firing, while at least 20 people are injured, out of which the condition of four is said to be very serious and they have been admitted to nearby hospitals for treatment. However, local authorities have not yet made public any information about the identity of the victims.

US Congressman Nancy Mace wrote in a post from her official X handle, ‘I am completely saddened by the news of this terrible shooting in Beaufort County. My thoughts are with all the victims, their families and all those affected by this terrible violence.
