Us on pak terrorism: The US Army Central Command (USSESCCCAM) chief Michael Kurila has described Pakistan as a major partner against terrorism. He praised Pakistan in the operation against ISIS-Khurasan (ISIS-K). He said that Washington would have to maintain relations with both India and Pakistan. He clarified that there can be no binary switch in this case, in which Washington cannot have a relationship with Islamabad if he has a relationship with New Delhi.

Pakistan takes strict action against terrorism

He said, “ISIS Khorasan (ISIS-K) is perhaps one of the most active organizations conspiring against other countries including the US globally. The Taliban is taking action against ISIS-K. Both hate each other and have pushed many of them to the tribal areas on the Afghan-Pakistan border.”

Kurilla said, “Through unprecedented partnership with Pakistan, he has taken action against ISIS-K and killed dozens of its members. Through his relations with us to share intelligence information, he has succeeded in catching at least five top five top commanders of ISIS-K through his relations with us.”

Asim Munir caught Sharifullah- US military officer

He said, “We also extradited the ISIS-K terrorist Mohammad Sharifullah, also known as Zafar, on 26 August 2021 for facing allegations for his role in his role in the bomb blast near the AB Gate at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul. 13 members of the US Army and about 160 civilians were killed in this attack.”

He said, “We are seeing that Pakistan is taking action against them using its means based on limited intelligence being provided by our side and we are looking at its impact on ISIS-K.” The statement of the US military officer has come at a time when India has rejected Trump’s role in ceasefire on several occasions.

India’s Foreign Minister Jaishankar warns western country

India, Foreign Minister S Jayanshkar, warned that terrorism will return to harass the western country. He said, “I want to remind you one thing why Osama Bill Laden felt safe for years in Pakistani military city? I want the world to understand that it is not only an India-Pakistan issue. It is a matter of terrorism and will come back to harass you.”
