The reciperock Tariff announced by US President Donald Trump has come into force from Thursday (August 7, 2025). President Trump has expressed the joy of the recommendation of the reciperook tariff by sharing a post on social media platform Truth social.
In the post, Trump said, “With the implementation of the reciperook tariff, billions of dollars have started coming to the US.” He said, “It’s just midnight !! Now billions of dollars of tariffs are coming in America!” Trump wrote all his things in capital letters on Truth Social. At the same time, in a previous post, Trump had said, “A large amount of money will come from those countries in America, which have taken advantage of America for many years.” He said, “Only a radical left -wing court can stop this greatness of America, which wants to see our country failing!”
Trump announced tariff rates for about 70 countries last week
Last week, President Trump had announced tariff rates for about 70 countries, signing the executive orders. Trump announced 10 percent and above tariff rates on many countries like Laos, Myanmar and Syria last week.
According to Bloomberg Economics estimates, the average tariff rate of the US will reach 15.2 percent due to these tariffs, which will be the highest rate after World War II and will be much higher than last year’s 2.3 percent rate.
Trump told the import of imports from Russia and heavy tariffs in India
Trump announced 25 percent tariff on imports from India last week. He had said that India’s tariffs and business difficulties are very high. Apart from this, Trump has cited the energy and purchase of military equipment imported from Russia on behalf of India as the reason behind the increased tariff and for this he also announced an additional fee on India as a fine.
