Gold and Silver Rate Today: Amid the increasing conflict in the Middle East, gold prices fell for the fourth consecutive session on Thursday. During this period, the prices of 24 carat, 22 carat and 18 carat gold decreased in many big cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai. On the contrary, the prices of silver remained almost stable.
Interestingly, gold prices have declined in the domestic markets when international gold prices have remained strong, which is being strengthened by the increasing tension between America, Israel and Iran in the Middle East.
Huge reduction in the rate of 24 carat gold (24 Carat Gold Price)
A huge fall was seen in the price of 24 carat gold in India this week. On Thursday, February 5, the per gram rate of 24 carat gold in India decreased by Rs 98 per gram to Rs 16353 per gram. At the same time, the rate of 24 carat gold per 10 grams has decreased by Rs 980 to Rs 163530 and the rate per 100 grams has decreased by Rs 9800 to Rs 1635300.
How much has the price of 22 and 18 carat gold reduced?
The prices of 22 carat gold also decreased on Thursday. It has decreased by Rs 90 per gram, Rs 900 per 10 grams and Rs 9000 per 100 grams. Similarly, today the per gram rate of 18 carat gold has decreased by Rs 73 per gram to Rs 12,263 per gram. It has fallen by Rs 730 per 10 grams and by Rs 7300 per 100 grams.

- Today in Delhi, the price of 24 carat gold per gram is Rs 16368, the price of 22 carat gold per gram is Rs 15005 and the price of 18 carat gold per gram is Rs 12280.
- Today the price of 24 carat, 22 carat and 18 carat gold per gram in Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Kerala, Pune, Bengaluru is Rs 16353, Rs 14990 and Rs 12265 respectively.
- Today the price of 24 carat gold in Chennai is Rs 16495 per gram. Similarly, the price of 22 and 18 carat gold per gram is Rs 15120 and Rs 13039 respectively.
Silver Prices
Today the price of silver in India is Rs 285 per gram and Rs 2,85,000 per kilogram. There has been no change in this compared to yesterday. Today in Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Vadodara and Ahmedabad, the price of 10 grams is Rs 2850, the price of 100 grams is Rs 28500 and the price of 1 kg is Rs 2,85,000. Today the price of silver in Chennai is Rs 1000 more per 10 grams i.e. Rs 2950 compared to these cities.
