Actor Amitabh Bachchan expressed praise and pride for the Indian Armed Forces after spending one day on the Indian Navy’s battleship. He saluted the soldiers and saluting their selfless service towards the nation and described this experience as a never forgetting moment of his life.

Amitabh shared his feelings on the social media platform ‘X’ and wrote, “My life experience, spent the whole day on the Indian Navy’s battleship … Proud and honor for our fighter armies.”
After this, on the blog, he shared pictures of the day spent on the battleship and mentioned the bravery and dedication of the armed forces. He wrote, “We hear that our soldiers sacrifice our lives for us. We hear stories of their valor, which we are safe and sleep peacefully.”
He respected the selfless sacrifice of the soldiers and said, “The mind is surprised to see the dedication and will of our soldiers. We live comfortably in our homes, while they put their lives at risk for our safety and peace.”
Amitabh discussed the aspects of the armed forces that do not usually come forward. He said, “I have returned with a lesson today. I think an invisible power took me to the truth of the armies that are often ignored.”
Importance of contribution of armed forces
This experience has deepened his respect for soldiers in his mind. He also spoke on the importance of the confidentiality and their contribution of the armed forces. Amitabh proudly said, “I am a citizen of India and I am proud of the soldiers who dedicate everything to us. Bharat Mata ki Jai!”
