The students of Residential Coaching Academy (RCA) of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) have performed brilliantly in the Civil Services Examination 2025 of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), considered one of the top exams in the country. This year, four talented candidates of RCA have passed this difficult examination.
RCA student Nazia Parveen achieved success by securing All India Rank (AIR) 478. Whereas Gulfiza got AIR 535. Apart from this, Yasir Ahmed Bhatti secured AIR 811 and Shahid Raza Khan secured their place in this prestigious examination by securing AIR 955.
What did the Vice Chancellor say?
Vice Chancellor of Aligarh Muslim University, Prof. Naima Khatoon heartily congratulated all the successful candidates on this achievement. He said that this success is the result of hard work, discipline and dedication of the students. He expressed hope that all these young officers will serve the country with honesty and responsibility in future and will work to bring positive change in the society. The Vice Chancellor also said that RCA is continuously preparing such talented youth who are playing an important role in the development of the country by joining administrative services.
Director of Residential Coaching Academy, Prof. Mohammad Hasan also said that the Academy is continuously striving to provide better education, guidance and necessary resources to the Civil Services aspirants.

How many candidates were successful in total?
This time a total of 958 candidates have been selected for various civil services. These selected candidates will be appointed to Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ services of the Central Government including Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS). This final result has been prepared on the basis of the main examination held in August 2025 and interviews held between December 2025 and February 2026.
