For the first phase of Bihar Assembly elections 2025, Janata Dal United candidate Anant Singh has filed nomination from Mokama Assembly constituency. The nomination process for the first phase is going on in the state which will continue till October 17.
The details of Anant Singh’s total assets have been revealed in the affidavit filed before the Election Commission of India as part of the nomination process. According to this, his wife Neelam Devi is the owner of more properties than Anant Singh.
According to the affidavit, Anant Singh has movable assets worth Rs 26.66 crore and immovable assets worth Rs 11.22 crore. His wife Neelam Devi has movable assets worth Rs 13.7 crore and immovable assets worth Rs 49.65 crore.

According to the affidavit, Anant Singh has purchased a Land Cruiser worth more than Rs 2 crore this year. The couple has invested around Rs 91 lakh in jewellery.
Anant Singh also has a loan of Rs 27.49 crore and his wife Neelam Devi has a loan of Rs 23.51 crore.

According to the affidavit, Anant Singh has Rs 15 lakh 61 thousand 498 in cash, his wife has Rs 3 lakh 46 thousand 81 in cash. Apart from this, Anant has Rs 80 lakh 28 thousand 245 in SBI account, Rs 33 thousand 887 in PNB, Rs 1 lakh 25 thousand 901, 2528. He has Rs 8 thousand 906 in another account of SBI.

Anant Singh has gold jewelery worth Rs 15 lakh. His wife has gold and silver jewelery totaling Rs 76 lakh 61 thousand.
Anant Singh is also the owner of elephant, horse, cow and buffalo.
Anant has also given information in his affidavit about having a cow, horse, elephant and buffalo, the total value of which is said to be Rs 1 lakh 90 thousand. Apart from this, Anant Singh also has different agricultural, non-agricultural lands and commercial buildings. His total wealth in this case is Rs 11 crore 22 lakh 82 thousand 990. In this category, his wife has total assets worth Rs 49 crore 65 lakh.
