The voting figures in the by-election held on Anta assembly seat surprised everyone. Somewhere the results may also be shocking. Generally, voting percentage does not increase in by-elections, but in the triangular contest on this seat, voter turnout was quite high. Voting was around 82 percent. In such a situation, it remains to be seen in whose favor the results will be on this seat.

However, the results of Anta by-election will come only on November 14, but before that we have tried to understand it. After all, in whose favor is this result going to be?

Did Naresh Meena cause harm to Congress?

Regarding election mathematics, journalist Shashi Mohan Sharma said that there will be a direct contest between BJP and Congress. However, Naresh Meena will also benefit to some extent from the increased voting percentage. Despite this, the direct contest is between BJP and Congress. Explaining the reason, the journalist said that it was not easy to make a dent in the voters of BJP. Mali voters, Brahmins, Vaishya and Dhakad community are the core voters of BJP. Here Congress and Naresh Meena could not make a dent. Naresh Meena has certainly caused harm to the Congress, but he could not influence voters other than the Meena community.

Vasundhara Raje made the path easy for BJP?

Journalist Awadhesh Pareek said that Congress has directly suffered loss due to Naresh Meena contesting the elections. Congress voters have shifted towards Naresh Meena to a great extent, regarding the increased voting percentage he said that it can be beneficial for Naresh Meena. Both the opposition leaders made the allegations of corruption against the Congress candidate an issue. Congress did not have a counter to this, due to which the common voter shifted. Here now there is a direct contest between BJP and Naresh. Taking charge of Vasundhara Raje’s front is also considered very important.

In the end, Congress will remain in third place?

Journalist Vivek Srivastava said that the results will be quite shocking. The increased voting is definitely going to be in favor of Naresh Meena. Regarding Congress, he said that Congress could not win the elections from the beginning. More than the issues, the allegations against the Congress candidate remained dominant till the end. BJP voters remained there but there has been a dent in the Congress votes. Naresh Meena has influenced the youth of other castes besides his own community. More than 85% voting in rural areas is indicating the results in favor of Naresh Meena, here there is a direct contest between Naresh and BJP. Congress will remain in third place.

Triangular competition also expected

Apart from this, journalist Ramesh Kumawat said that more than 80% voting in Anta has increased the concerns of BJP and Congress. The main fight is taking place between BJP’s Morpal Suman and independent Naresh Meena. Although Pramod Jain Bhaya of Congress is an expert player of politics, he is a capable leader in every way. It has its own vote bank irrespective of caste equations. In such a situation, the contest should be considered triangular.
