Anti -Conversion Bill in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly (Religion Compression Prohibition MLA 2025) was passed on Tuesday (September 9). The opposition created a huge uproar. The building in which collective conversion will be converted can be demolished by bulldozers. This law will not apply in cases of return to original religion. This conversion law will not apply in cases of homecoming.

Congress MLAs did not participate in discussion

Opposition is not being given proper respect- Congress
Congress MLAs alleged that traditions are not being followed in the assembly and the opposition is not being given proper respect. The Congress also alleged that the conversion bill was going to divide the society and it was non -essential. Leader of the Opposition Tikaram Julie said that not a single case of love jihad is registered in the state. In such a situation, there was no need for this bill.

On the other hand, the ruling party said that conversion was being done in the state through massive fear, pressure and greed. Innocent spears, especially women, are harassed after forcing them to convert under the conspiracy. On behalf of the ruling party, Cabinet Minister Madan Dilawar said that widespread results of this bill will be seen. People will be able to return home through return to original religion.

What did Bharat Adivi Party say?
The third party Bharat Adivasi Party in the state assembly also opposed it by participating in the discussion in the House and yes that conversion is a non -essential issue. Instead, bills related to basic needs should have been brought.
MLA Thawarchand Damor said that by the time of the British, tribals were in the form of a separate religion. Later, he began to be called a Hindu in the greed of the vote bank. Due to the poor, a large number of tribals are adopting other religions. There is no provision in this bill to save the original religion of the tribals.
