Apple has launched the second generation AirTag. Made of metal, this tracker is Apple’s cheapest gadget and is used to track the location of bags, wallets and keys etc. Talking about its price, you will have to pay only Rs 3,790 for one AirTag. If you buy a pack of 4 AirTags, its price is only Rs 12,900. It will be available for sale in the next few days.
These features will be available in the new AirTag
The design of the new AirTag is similar to the old one. You can attach this compact metal tracker to a key chain and put it in your bag, which is very small in size, and it will continue to provide you with its location. This is very useful for those people who forget to keep their luggage or keep traveling often. Talking about new features, along with increasing its range, Apple has also increased its power. A new Bluetooth chip has been provided in it, which will now be able to locate things from a greater distance than before. The company has given it a bigger speaker than before, due to which its alerts can be heard up to twice the distance.
Will also work with Apple Watch
The new AirTag can also be located with the help of Apple Watch. This feature has come for the first time and for this the user should have models that came after Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2. Like the older version, the new AirTag can also be paired through Apple’s Find My app. Apple has also named the second generation version as AirTag instead of AirTag 2. The company has discontinued its first generation and now only new AirTags can be purchased.
