After verification from the OTP received on the mobile number, the registration slip with QR code can be downloaded. If you want to do offline registration, then registration can be done directly from the counters located at major transit points like Haridwar, Rishikesh, Barkot, Sonprayag, Pandukeshwar and Govind Ghat.
