Bollywood actor Ashish Vidyarthi and his wife Rupali Barua met with a road accident in Zoo Road area of Guwahati. Ashish and Rupali were coming out of the restaurant after dinner when suddenly a speeding bike hit them. Both have suffered minor injuries in this accident. At present both have been kept under the observation of doctors.
This incident took place around midnight in front of Guwahati Address Hotel located on Zoo Road under the jurisdiction of Geeta Nagar Police Station. At present both are safe and under the supervision of doctors. After the accident, he himself told his fans that he was completely fine.

After this incident, Ashish Vidyarthi shared a live video on his social media handle and said that both are absolutely fine. He said that fans do not need to be afraid. Further in the video, he himself told how this accident happened to him. In the video he said- ‘Rupali and I were crossing the road when a bike hit us. We both are fine. Rupali is being monitored and everything is fine. I have suffered a minor injury and am absolutely fine.
Made this appeal to the fans
He urged people not to sensationalize this incident. He also informed that the injured biker has regained consciousness and wished for his speedy recovery. He told that the employee took very good care of him during the emergency. He says- ‘Thank you for all your concern and good wishes.’
