The issue of allegations of sexual exploitation against Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand is gaining momentum. Most of the saint community has expressed displeasure over this. In this series, petitioner and saint Dinesh Sharma alias Falahari Maharaj of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple case in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi demanding a CBI investigation into this matter. He said that if CBI investigation is not conducted then he will choose euthanasia.
Falahari Maharaj called it a conspiracy against Shankaracharya and said that the person making the allegations, Ashutosh Brahmachari, is himself a criminal and many cases are registered against him. There is some other intention behind this, which needs to be investigated. Not only this, he called it tarnishing the image of Sanatan Dharma.
Ashutosh Brahmachari was called a history sheeter
Falahari Maharaj said that the complainant Ashutosh Brahmachari alias Ashutosh Pandey is a history-sheeter and cow slaughtering criminal, who has implicated Shankaracharya by luring minor children to become famous or extort huge money. This person has already faked a fatal attack on himself to get Z security. This criminal fraudulently makes threatening calls to himself from Pakistan. Shankaracharya ji is innocent, hence it is necessary to conduct a CBI investigation into this entire episode.
Major demands of the letter
1- Shankaracharya Avimukteshwaranand ji is innocent and is the pride of Sanatani Hindus. Prime Minister Modi is also a supporter of Sanatan Dharma, hence a CBI investigation into this matter is necessary.
2- History-sheeter Ashutosh Brahmachari of Kandhla police station of Shamli district has hatched this conspiracy with the history of cow slaughter and other crimes.
3-Ashutosh’s brother is also a gangster. This person has earlier made false allegations to extort money from Premanand Maharaj.
4-To get Z security, Ashutosh pretended to have a fatal attack on himself and made fake threatening calls from Pakistan.
5- Ashutosh Brahmachari, who is involved in dozens of criminal cases, should also be investigated by CBI.
6- Due to this history-sheeter who is tarnishing the image of Sanatan Dharma, it is necessary to investigate the whole matter in depth.
However, the issue of such allegations against Shankaracharya has now gained momentum. Many prominent saints have condemned this and demanded action against Ashutosh Brahmachari.
