The actress starts her day by mixing Ashwagandha, asparagus and moringa tablet in coconut oil at 6 am. After this, before doing yoga in 6:15 in the morning, she eats ghee at home and laddus of jaggery.

Vidya drinks juice at 9 am. At this time, the actress sometimes drinks gourd and gooseberry juice and someday consumes coconut water. He told that apart from this, she also drinks homemade juice of beetroot, carrot, ginger or lemon.

Talking about the breakfast of Vidya Malwade, most of the fruits eaten only the fruit, dates, pomegranate and any fruit. Along with this, actress also drinks protein shake.

When Vidya was noticed the lunch of Malwade, she shared the picture and told that she takes her lunch between 1-2 pm. This includes ghee bread, tofu, homemade yogurt and sprouts. Along with this, the actress shared that she has a kidney stone, due to which she also eats Kulith.

The actress completes her dinner by 6 pm in the evening, which includes tofu and mint sauce with stuffed gram flour. After dinner, Vidya consumes digestive tea to prevent gas and blotting.
