Anees Sajan is the vice-chairman of Danube Group, who told the regional media that he has bought 700 tickets, which he is going to divide among his company employees. All these tickets are of high-profile matches and the company wants its employees to enjoy live cricket matches in the UAE.

100 tickets for Indo-Pak match pressed in pocket

In a conversation with Khaleej Times, Anees Sajan said that he has saved 100 tickets for India-Pakistan match. Let us tell you that the cheapest ticket of Indo-Pak match is Rs 8,742. Anees said, “We have saved 100 tickets for the India-Pakistan match to be held in the group stage. Apart from this, we also have 100 tickets for Super-4 stage matches. We have already bought 100 tickets for the final match.” The maximum ticket price of India-Pakistan match is up to Rs 8 lakh.

The Vice Chairman of Danube Group said that he has bought so many tickets to give gifts to his employees, identify their work and boost their morale. Anees Sajan said, “This level matches in UAE are very few and whenever such moments come, they want those employees who work hard day and night.”

More than 2,000 employees from different countries work in the Danube group. Anees Sajan said that a lucky draw was done for the ticket winners.

The first match of the Asia Cup 2025 was played between Afghanistan and Hong Kong last Tuesday, in which the Afghan team won by 94 runs. India, Pakistan, Oman, UAE, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Hong Kong are participating in the tournament.
