Recently, Reliance Group’s subsidiary Complex Strategic Business Ventures Limited obtained 74 percent stake in Navi Shipyard Private Limited (NSPL) for Rs 382.73 crore from Welspon Corp Limited via Nauyan Tradings Private Limited (NTPL).
All three children are handling business
Since 2023, the three children of Mukesh Ambani are handling different businesses of Reliance Group. Daughter Isha Ambani handles Reliance Group’s retail, e-commerce and luxury business. Younger son Anant Ambani oversees businesses related to the energy sector. Elder son Akash Ambani is the head of India’s largest telecom company Jio.
