Asim munir field marshal: The government of Pakistan has promoted Army Chief General Asim Munir. Asim Munir has become the second field martial of Pakistan. This is the second time in the history of Pakistan when an army chief has been made a field martial. Pakistan has taken this decision just after India’s Operation Sindoor, but this is a bad sign for it. As soon as Munir is promoted, the question arises whether he is moving towards military dictatorship?

Mohammad Ayub Khan became Pakistan’s first field marshal. In 1959, the then Pakistani President Iskandar Mirza was disappointed due to instability. Seeing the condition of the country, he invited Army Chief Ayub Khan to implement martial law, but his decision proved to be a big mistake in Pakistani history.

When Ayub Khan increased military dictatorship in Pakistan

For Pakistan, the tour from 1947 to 1958 proved to be like a nightmare. During this time the country saw seven Prime Ministers, but no one could complete his term. Meanwhile, military dictatorship started in Pakistan. The then President of Pakistan Mirza felt that the situation would improve after the martial law came and Ayub Khan would remain loyal to him, but it did not happen. Ayub showed Mirza to the outside only 20 days after assuming the responsibility. He himself became President. Ayub promoted himself in 1959 to become stronger and became a field martial.

Signs of coup in Pakistan

Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s cabinet approved the new field marshal on 20 May. For the second time in the history of Pakistan, someone will hold the post of field marshal. As soon as Asim Munir comes to this post, the first sign of military dictatorship has been found in Pakistan. If Asim has also taken the government under control, then the situation of Pakistan can be deteriorated again.

Asim Munir is a person of very aggressive thinking. Its effect was also seen in his tenure. During India’s Operation Sindoor, Pakistan faced disrespect. India conducted an operation against terror, but the Pakistani army also jumped into it. He suffered a lot of damage due to India’s retaliation.
