A big decision has come regarding the Assistant Professor recruitment examination in Uttar Pradesh. The state government has completely canceled the UP Assistant Professor recruitment examination. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath himself has informed about this decision. The government has taken strict action after receiving indications of irregularities in examinations and illegal money collection.
In fact, the investigating agency STF had found clues of serious irregularities in the examination related matters. During the investigation, it came to light that some people were trying to get undue benefits by taking money from the candidates. When the report of this entire matter reached the Chief Minister, he ordered to cancel the examination without any delay. The government clearly says that any kind of dishonesty will not be tolerated in the recruitment process.
The government has also made it clear that injustice will not be allowed to the eligible candidates. Keeping this in mind, instructions have been given to the State Education Service Selection Commission to re-conduct the Assistant Professor Recruitment Examination. The new examination will be conducted completely fair, transparent and under strict monitoring, so that there is no scope for any kind of irregularities.
New dates will come soon
Information regarding new exam dates will also be given soon. The Commission has been asked to announce the new date after completing all the necessary preparations. While on one hand this decision has shocked the candidates, on the other hand many students have also supported this step of the government. He says that if there have been irregularities in the examination, then the right decision is to cancel it.
When was the exam held?
The UP government had organized the Assistant Professor recruitment examination on 16 and 17 April, which has been cancelled. About 1.14 lakh candidates had applied for this recruitment examination. Immediately after the examination, complaints of irregularities were received from some centres. After this, investigation into the matter was started, in which there were indications of paper leak and illegal benefits to the candidates. After which it has now been cancelled.
