Big news has come to light in the famous gang rape case of Bhadarsa, Ayodhya. SP leader Moeed Khan’s house was demolished regarding this matter. Now the court has honorably acquitted SP leader Moeed Khan in this case.
The allegations against his servant Raju Khan have been proved. Who will be sentenced on Thursday (January 29). The court rejected the bail application of Raju Khan. At present, the court has sent Raju Khan to jail after finding him guilty.
POCSO court gave its verdict
The decision in this case has come from the POSCO First Court. On July 29, 2024, a case of gang rape was registered in Purakalandar police station. In this case, a bulldozer was run on Moeed Khan’s bakery and shopping complex. Meanwhile, DNA test of Moeed Khan and Raju Khan was also done.
After this, Moeed Khan’s DNA test came negative, while Raju Khan’s came positive. Due to which the court acquitted the SP leader. Also, the court will pronounce the sentence regarding Raju Khan on Thursday. Let us tell you that Moeed Khan and his servant Raju Khan were in jail. He had come to appear in the court from jail itself.
SP spokesperson reacted on Moeed Khan’s acquittal
Samajwadi Party’s national spokesperson Fakhrul Hasan Chand has reacted to the acquittal of Moeed Khan. He wrote on the social media platform ‘X’, “BJP had conspired and implicated an innocent person. The court acquitted him.”
About two years ago, when SP leader Moeed Khan was accused of rape in Ayodhya, there was a lot of uproar.
