Tahira said, ‘I had spent some money on my marriage but I had my own savings. But I did not have a job in Mumbai. We were married at that time. I was applying for a job. This boy (Ayushman) did not understand where we are eating food. As if we are bringing vegetables from where. My bank balance was decreasing. I have never asked for money from anyone, not even from my parents. I have always been a financial independent. But at that time my bank balance was zero.
When Tahira got angry at Ayushmann
One day Ayushman Khurana asked Tahira that Tahira was very angry at why she did not bring mangoes. Tahira said, ‘I was very angry because Ayushmann did not notice that I have not been eating mangoes for two days so that she can eat. Ayushman asked what happened? And I started crying. I said what do you think the grocery is coming from? I said my bank balance is zero. 7-8 months have gone and I am looking for jobs and we are just finishing my savings. Then Ayushman realized this and he said that why did you not ask for money from me? So I said because I can’t ask. You should have come to get grocery with me. By that time, Ayushman had become VJ. His journey had started.
