Even after 17 hours, the situation is out of control in Balochistan, Pakistan. Baloch Liberation Army fighters simultaneously attacked 12 cities of the province, in which 27 security personnel have been confirmed dead. Whereas BLA claims that it has killed 84 security personnel. Late night, BLA fighters also attacked Gwadar Airport and CB. Along with this, BLA fighters have captured 9 officers including the Deputy Commissioner.
BLA has been continuously carrying out massive attacks in different areas of Balochistan for the last 17 hours. From 6 am to 4 pm, BLA attacked Pakistani Army, ISI, police and government positions in 11 cities of Balochistan, namely Quetta, Mashtung, Kalat, Gwadar, Nushki, Dalbadin, Kharan, Ornach, Panjgur, Tump and Pashani. By nightfall, Baloch fighters also carried out a suicide attack on Gwadar Port. Besides, there is also news of attack on Sibbi Commissioner Headquarters at night.
BLA claims- 84 security personnel killed
According to the information so far, 27 security forces have been killed in the attacks of Baloch Liberation Army, which includes 12 soldiers and 15 police personnel. However, BLA has claimed that 84 Pakistani security forces have been killed in its attack.
The capital Quetta was the most affected by the attacks by Baloch Liberation Army from 6 am, where Baloch fighters entered the army building and attacked. The police station in Quetta was also burnt by Baloch fighters after killing the policemen. Similarly, in Quetta itself, a police van was also targeted by Baloch fighters with a rocket launcher, in which two policemen died on the spot. Similarly, Baloch fighters had attacked the army security personnel deployed outside Balochistan University and Medical College in Quetta with rocket launchers.

ABP News has also got CCTV footage of the BLA suicide attack near the Secretariat in Quetta, in which a Baloch fighter blew himself up near the Secretariat in the Red Zone of Quetta at 9.24 am. Similarly, Baloch fighters also carried out a massive attack on an army base in Gwadar, in which 3 soldiers and 5 Baloch boys were killed.
Not only this, even after 17 hours, Baloch fighters are still deployed on the highway connecting Quetta with other parts of the country. According to the information, a total of 9 blasts took place in the city till 4 pm and news of the death of 7 policemen is coming out in Quetta alone. Also, Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti also visited the incident site amid heavy security in Quetta, where BLA had first attacked.
Pak Army claims- 37 BLA fighters killed
28 policemen are seriously injured in the BLA attack, who are undergoing treatment in the government hospital in Quetta. Also, the government of Pakistan has updated the number of Baloch fighters killed in the encounter to 37. Some videos have also been released by the Pakistani Army, in which it can be seen that to overcome the BLA fighters, the Army conducted a drone strike in Gwadar and killed BLA fighters in an encounter in Pashani. However, encounters are still going on between the Army and BLA in 12 cities. Apart from the attack, BLA has captured Nokushi city’s Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Hussain and 8 CTD officers and also captured the CTD headquarters in Nokushi.
BLA attacks increased Munir’s tension
In such a situation, Pakistan’s dream of foreign investment from other countries including America in the mines of Balochistan may be in trouble because all the western countries including America invest only keeping in mind the security system and after Pakistan’s Chief of Defense Forces (CDF) General Asim Munir’s invitation to US President Donald Trump to invest in Ricoh Dick Khan of Balochistan last year, the US government was currently assessing the security aspects before investing. In such a situation, the BLA attack in Balochistan today is enough to close or postpone the path of foreign investments in the mines of Balochistan.
