Ashutosh Brahmachari has filed an application in the POCSO Court of Prayagraj, demanding to stop Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati from going abroad and to immediately stop his Gau Pratistha Dharmayudh Yatra. After hearing this case, the court has reserved its decision.
In this petition, Ashutosh Brahmachari has claimed that the court has also been informed about the recent fatal attack on him. He says that Swami Avimukteshwaranand can flee abroad from Lucknow on the pretext of Gau Prerna Dharmayuddha Yatra, hence the court should confiscate his passport and visa and order to ban his foreign travel. Ashutosh Brahmachari also said that this trip could pose a threat to the safety of the minor victim Batuks. They allege that Swami Avimukteshwaranand has left his place on the pretext of traveling and is disobeying the orders of the court.

It has also been said in the application that the Yatra with which Swami Avimukteshwarananda is carrying out the promise of stopping cow slaughter is not logical because cow slaughter is already banned in Uttar Pradesh. Brahmachari says that if he has to undertake such a journey then he should go to Kerala or those states where incidents of cow slaughter still take place. Ashutosh Brahmachari alleged that the Gau Pratistha Dharmayudh Yatra is being run under police protection, while no formal permission has been taken for it. He says that this yatra is being carried out to put pressure on the government and the police, so that the cases registered against Swami Avimukteshwarananda can be withdrawn.
He claimed that there is solid evidence against Swami Avimukteshwarananda, on the basis of which he will not be able to escape the law. He also said that he will soon file his reply in this matter in the Allahabad High Court and will give information about the entire matter to the court.

Speaking on the case of deadly attack in the train, Ashutosh Brahmachari said that Swati Aghori herself has taken responsibility for the attack through a social media post. They allege that Swami Avimukteshwarananda is refusing to recognize Swati Aghori, whereas she is directly related to his disciple Mukundanand Giri. Brahmachari says that the truth of the entire matter will be revealed from the call detail record (CDR).
