Sheikh Hasina Targeted Mohammad Yunus: The political atmosphere in Bangladesh remains very tense these days. Former Prime Minister of the country and leader of the Awami League Party Sheikh Hasina on Sunday launched a strong attack on the Advisor of the Interim Government Mohammad Yunus.

Hasina described Younus as autism and a hungry person of power. He alleged that Yunus has conspired to ruin Bangladesh with foreign forces. Hasina says that efforts are being made to erase the memories of the country’s independence and the leaders of her party Awami League are being targeted.

Sheikh Hasina targeted

According to the NDTV report, in an 8 -minute online video, Sheikh Hasina said, “Younus is a greedy and hungry person of power who is bent on ruining Bangladesh. She has conspired together with foreign forces.”

Hasina also alleged that Yunus, BNP and Jamaat-e-Islami are harassing the League leaders and killing them. In the end he warned, “Yunus, if you play with fire, that fire will burn you.”

Questions raised about Abu Saeed’s death

Sheikh Hasina angrily questioned, “In Yunus’s government, symbols and traces related to the independence of Bangladesh are being erased. The liberation warrior monuments we built in every district were burnt. The heroes of freedom are being insulted. Can Younus answer it?”

In her speech, Sheikh Hasina also made a big claim about the death of Abu Saeed, who was killed during the Kota movement. Abu Saeed is considered the hero of the movement. A United Nations report said that Saeed’s death was a deliberate murder of the police. Sheikh Hasina completely rejected this and said that these allegations are wrong and inciting.

‘Younus made a conspiracy’

Sheikh Hasina said, “When the protesters were throwing stones at the police, the police had fired only rubber bullets. Abu Saeed had a stone injury, but the question is, where did the real bullet of 7.62 mm come from? Who fired?”

Hasina alleged that Yunus removed her when an officer started investigating the case. He said, “If the body of Abu Saeed is taken out again and there is a correct investigation, it will be known that all the murders were a conspiracy.” Hasina clearly said, “Neither I, neither Awami League nor the police killed Saeed, but the police themselves were victims of violence. Despite this, the violence was compensated. Will they be punished? No, because all this was the well-planned trick of Yunus.”
