ACB Action on Bagidora MLA: The Bagidaura MLA of Banswara in Rajasthan has been trapped by ACB. Taking a bribe of 20 lakhs to Jai Krishna Patel, ACB has traped. This action has taken place when the alleged bribe of Rs 20 lakh was being taken through the MLA’s gunman.
The accused gunner in ACB’s raid has escaped. There is talk of taking the MLA into custody. However, ACB has not yet confirmed. The ACB will hold a press conference at 6:30 pm. Jai Krishna Patel is accused of taking bribe through his gunman. Jai Krishna Patel is an MLA from the Bharat Tribal Party. He has become an MLA from India tribal party throughout the year. Jai Krishna Patel has been in constant controversy over the ongoing work in Mahi department.
ACB team bringing accused MLA Banswara
The Jaipur ACB team has carried out this action in Bagidaura. After trapping a bribe amount from Bagidaura, the ACB team is bringing the MLA of corruption to Banswara.
Patel became MLA after winning the by -election last year
Jai Krishna Patel became MLA after winning the by -elections held last year. In fact, former Congress MLA Mahendrajit Singh Malaviya resigned from his post from Bagidaura seat, after which this assembly seat was vacant. Malaviya left the Congress and joined the BJP and contested the Lok Sabha elections from Banswara seat.
Along with the Lok Sabha elections, the assembly by -elections were also held in 7 seats of Rajasthan, including the seat of Bagidaura. Mahendrajit Singh lost in the Lok Sabha elections. From here, India tribal party candidate Rajkumar Rot won. Mahendrajit Singh was also losing his legislator in the process of becoming an MP.
