The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the Indian team for the Men’s Under-19 Asia Cup. This tournament will be played in Dubai between 12-21 December. Ayush Mhatre has been given the captaincy of the Indian team.
India has been placed in Group A in the Men’s Under-19 Asia Cup. Along with Team India, Pakistan has also been included in this group, while two other teams will make their place in this group through qualifiers. Group B will also include another qualifying team along with Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Afghanistan.
8 teams are going to participate in the Under-19 Asia Cup. This tournament will start from 12th December. In the very first match, Team India will face Qualifier 1 at the ICC Academy Ground in Dubai. On the same day, Pakistan will challenge Qualifier 3 at The Seven Stadium.
A high voltage match will be organized between India and Pakistan on 14 December. The top two teams from each group will qualify for the semi-finals, which will be held on December 19.

Group A: India, Pakistan, Qualifier-1, Qualifier-3
Group B: Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Qualifier-2

The tournament is starting from 12th December in Dubai and India will play its first match on 12th December. After this, the team will play its remaining two league matches on 14 and 16 December. Team India’s aim will be to repeat its previous performance and win the title again.
