Will be able to prevent large -scale drone attacks

Three tests of rockets were conducted on 13 May 2025 in Gopalpur, Odisha in the presence of senior Army Air Defense (AAD) officials. According to the report by news agency ANI, two tests were fired by one rocket. At the same time, a test was fired in Salvo mode within two seconds. According to the report, all the rockets performed as expected and achieved the necessary launch parameters, which would be able to prevent large -scale drone attacks.

Will identify the enemy from 6-10 km away

Bhargwastra is a multi -layered anti -drone system, which is capable of destroying many rapidly coming drones and destroying it. This achievement shows the success of India’s self -reliant defense policy and Make in India Mission. This anti-drone system can detect drones from 6 to 10 kilometers away, which have electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) sensors, radar and RF receiver. At the same time, Bhargwastra can destroy drones at a distance of 2.5 km, which has a deadly scope of 20 meters.

China-Turkiya’s drones are not well

Bhargwastra is designed for deployment in different areas besides areas with altitude more than 5000 meters above sea level. This drone system can meet the needs of the Indian Army. The way Pakistan used Turki and Chinese drones during Operation Sindoor, it has made it clear that India will need to thwart new drone technology in the coming time.
